Welcome to my portfolio & blog. I create SEO content for brands and would love to be your content creator!
The voice of this blog is a millennial woman, living her busy life and not wanting to be slowed down by PMS. I took over content ideation and blog writing from an agency and wrote blogs for about 6 months. We created hashtag campaigns on the topic of wellness, recipes and general informational content in order to increase search rankings for several PMS related keywords. Even though PMS relief was not one of our original targeted keywords due to the competition, we improved search placement for that keyword phrase!

But, in these modern times, have we swung the pendulum too far in the direction of disposable products?

The focus of our #GirlUBeWell blog campaign is to introduce a few analog activities for stress relief and to carve out some “me time” during the week. Working, exercising, family obligations and overall busyness erode any free time to sit quietly and just be. These quiet times are important to rejuvenate the mind.
